Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem: Përkatësisht për arsyet e mëposhtme: 1. ”SI & CO COMPANY” Shpk, Vlera totale sipas formularit te ofertes eshte: 5,948,000 lekë pa TVSH. Operatori ekonomik eshte terhequr nga kjo procedure prokurimi. 2. ”ALMETA GMBH” Shpk, Vlera totale sipas formularit te ofertes eshte: 6,666,000 lekë pa TVSH. a.Nuk ka dorezuar vetedeklaraten me shkrim sipas shtojces 5 per te plotesuar kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit ne kundershtim me kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit. b. Nuk ka paraqitur deklaraten per permbushjen e specifikimeve teknike dhe deklaraten e konfliktit te interesit ne kundershtim me kerkesat e kritereve te vecanta te DST. c. Nuk ka paraqitur vërtetimin që konfirmon shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve të maturuara të energjisë elektrike të kontratave të energjisë që ka operatori ekonomik që është i regjistruar në Shqipëri ne kundershtim me kriteret e vecanta te DST. d.
