Jane skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: - Operatori ekonomik “Arkonstudio” shpk Perkatesisht per arsyet e meposhteme: Nga verifikimi i propozimit ekonomik per gabime aritmetike referuar nenit 66 pika 4 e VKM nr.914, date 29.12.2014 per: “Miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit publik”. rezulton se propozimi ekonomik i dorezuar nga Operatori ekonomik i sipercituar rezulton te kete gabime aritmetike pas korrigjimit te se cilave cmimi total pa tvsh eshte: 2.102.000 (dy milion e njeqind e dy mije) leke. Komisioni i Vleresimit te ofertave konstatoi se propozimi ekonomik i Operatorit ekonomik sipercituar para dhe pas korrigjimit aritmetik tejkalon vleren e fondit limit per lotin e peste i cili eshte 1.883.333 (nje milion e teteqind e tetedhjete e tre mije e treqind e tridhjete e tre) leke. Sa me siper Komisioni i Vleresimit te ofertave e shpall te pavlefshem propozimin ekonomik tedorezuar nga Shoqeria “Arkonstudio” shpk, ne mbeshtetje te pikes 3 te nenit 53 te Ligjit nr. 9643,date 20.11.2006 per “Prokurimin Publik” i ndryshuar. |
