a. Shoqeria “REAN 95” Shpk nuk ka dorëzuar apo paraqitur Shtojca Nr. 3 “Lista e informacionit konfidencial”.
b. Çertifikatat ISO 9001:2015, ISO 18001:2007, ISO 50001 : 2011 te paraqitura nga shoqeria “REAN 95” sh.p.k. kane pesuar demtime gjate ngarkimit ne SPE dhe nuk mund te happen nga KVO. Ne baze te Ligjit Nr. 9643, datë 20.11.2006 “Për prokurimin publik”, i ndryshuar, dhe VKM-së Nr. 914, datë 29.12.2014 “Për miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit publik”, i ndryshuar, pergjegjes per paraqitjen e ofertes dhe ngarkimin e dokumentacionit eshte operatori ekonomik.
c. Shoqeria “REAN 95” sh.p.k. nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion që verteton si te punesuar dhe te regjistruar ne kompanine e tij Ing.Ndertimi (Profili Transport), ne kundershtim me Kerkesat per Kualifikim, Shtojca 7, pika 2.
d. Shoqeria “REAN 95” sh.p.k. nuk ka paraqitur Siguracionin dhe Çertifikatën e Kontrollit teknik per mjetet me targa AA598PI dhe AA958PP, ne kundershtim me Kerkesat per Kualifikim.
e. Shoqeria “REAN 95” sh.p.k. ne ekstraktin historik te shoqerise, rezulton se ne piken 9 “Objekti i aktivitetit” ushtron aktivitetin e saj sipas licences se shoqerise Nr.1506/6 date 01.08.2016. Per kete procedure prokurimi ky operator ekonomik nuk ka dorezuar kete licence. |
