Punedhenesi SARK kishte detyrimin qe ne baze te Ligjit “Per sigurimet shoqerore ne Republiken e Shqiperise” detyrohet te derdhe kontributin e sigurimeve shoqerore dhe shendetsore per cdo punemarres. KVO vendos qe ofertuesi te mos kualifikohet. |
