Pasi KVO, e AK bashkia Permet, u njoftua per kete kerkese te OE ."Shamo Construksion", e nderpret proceduren per vleresim te ofertes se ketij operatori .Referuar ligjit; 44/2015 "Kodi i Proc. Administrative i Rep. Shqiperise, neni 94. ”Terheqja e kerkeses apo braktisja e procedures”,pika 1 “Si rregull ne nje procedure administrative te nisur me kerkese,organi publik deklaron perfundimin pa nje vendim perfundimtar per ceshtjen nese pala qe ka paraqitur kerkese e terheq ate”.Ne keto kushte ,ky operator skualifikohet nga procedura per shkak te terheqjes se tij.
