Puna e ngjashme sipas kontrates se sipermarrjes me dt. 13.10.2016 me Spitalin Rajonal Shkoder me objekt: "Rikonstruksion I ambjenteve ku do te instalohet aparatura e angjografise" me vlere 5,937,273 leke pa tvsh nuk mund të konsiderohet shërbim i ngjashëm për vetë karakteristikat e kontratës që prokurohet që është kontratë restaurimi çatie dhe jo rikonstruksion i ambjenteve të brendshme pasi asnjë zë i kësaj kontrate të paraqitur nuk parashikohet në kontratën që po prokurojmë e cila është një kontratë e veçantë. b. Vinç kulle me kontrate shitje, mungon fatura e shitjes së tij. Nga ana tjeter, fatura eshte me pale blerese Nd. Ndertimi "Bosova" dhe nuk ka ndonje akt qe ky vinc ka kaluar ne pronesi te K.Gega. c.
