Nuk ka pasur ankesa.
Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. Comfort :
• Nuk ka paraqitur Autorizim Prodhuesi per matesat e ujit .Dokumenti i paraqitur nga kompania NWM per shoqerine HIDROFAHO shpk nuk eshte autorizim prodhuesi .Ka paraqitur certifikate ISO 9001:2015 te pa perkthyer te kesaj kompanie, ndersa ISO 14001: 2004 nuk ka paraqitur fare.Katallogu ne pjesen me te madhe eshte i paperkthyer.
• OE per te gjitha produktet nuk ka plotesuar ne menyre konkrete oferten teknike.Ne kollonen ku duhet te plotesohej numri i faqes se katalogut ose kodi i produktit kjo nuk eshte bere ne asnje rast.
• OE nuk ka paraqitur mostrat ne oren e caktuar te hapjes se ofertes. Mostrat jane sjelle nga OE me ane te shoferit gati 20 min mbas hapjes se procedures.
2. Fat Group
• Per zerat matesa uji (gjithsej 6 artiku) ky operator eshte paraqitur me matesin e markes APATOR sa.Per kete mates ka paraqitur dokumentacionin perkates Autorizim Prodhuesi, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, Certifikate Higjene, kataloge, certifikim CE sic eshte kerkuar ne DST
• OE nuk ka paraqitur certifikaten ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001-2008 nga markat e sjella moster TEKSAN dhe NWM.
• OE per zerin vula matesi nuk ka plotesuar ne menyre korrekte Oferten Teknike, ka mangesi ne plotesimin e tabeles se kerkuar nga AK, nuk ka te dhena per faqen e katalogut ose kodin e produktit.Mosplotesimi i ofertes teknike eshte kusht per skualifikim.
1. VIBTIS
• 1.OE ka parqitur ekstraktin tregtar te QKB dhe ate Historik te dates 23.5.2018 qe eshte me shume se tre muaj nga data e hapjes se tenderit.
• 2.Nuk ka paraqitur Vertetim te pageses se detyrimeve nga Tatim Taksat si dhe formularin e Pageses se Sigurimeve Shoqerore dhe Shendetsore te kompanise.
• 7.OE nuk ka paraqitur mostrat ne oren e caktuar te hapjes se ofertes. Mostrat jane sjelle nga OE me ane te shoferit gati 20 min mbas hapjes se procedures
