Ka pasur ankesa.
Ankesat u paraqiten nga Operatori Ekonomik "REAN 95" sh.p.k, dhe i eshte kthyer pergjigje me shkresen Nr.3180 Prot, date 28.09.2018.
Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. Operatori Ekonomik " B-VAAL ENGINIEERING”:
• Mungojne Liçensat NS-8a dhe NS-9, te kerkuar ne DST, pika 2.2.5 "Liçensa profesionale te shoqerise".
• Kontratat e drejtuesve teknik jane te panoterizuar e per pasoje jane te parregullta, te kerkuar te noterizuar ne DST pika 2.2.4.1.
• Mungon Inxhinier Mjedisi (kimist-teknolog) pjese e stafit teknik, e kerkuar ne DST, pika 2.2.4 e ne piken 2.2.4.1.
2. Operatori Ekonomik "REAN 95" :
• Mungon Vertetimi qe nuk ka detyrime tatimore, i kerkuar ne DST.
• Kontrata e zj.Shpresa Prifti, Arkitekte, pjese e stafit teknik eshte 4ore ne dite e per pasoje eshte e pasakte pasi inxhinieret e stafit teknik jane kerkuar me kohe te plote ne DST, pika 2.2.4.1".... kontrate noteriale pune (me kohe te plote).
• Mungojne libresat e punes per te gjithe drejtuesit teknik, te kerkuar ne DST, pika 2.2.4.1.
