Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e meposhtem:
1. Shoqeria “Beqiri”shpk, per arsye se:
Mbas kontrollit te preventivit te paraqitur rezultoi se jane bere gabime aritmetike gjate shumezimit te sasise me çmimin per njesi dhe gjate mbledhjes te nentotaleve. Mbas korrigjimit rezultoi se vlera e ofertes eshte 34968795 lek dhe jo 31857804 sic eshte shenuar ne formularin e ofertes.Per sa me siper bazuar ne nenin 66 te VKM nr 914 date 29.12.2014 “Per miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit publik “Ofertat me gabime aritmetike refuzohen, kur shumat absolute të të gjitha korrigjimeve janë më shumë se ± 2% e vlerës së ofertës ekonomike të ofruar”.
