Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendimin nr.870/2018 , vendosi te mospranoje ankesen e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Comfort” shpk per proceduren e prokurimit me objekt “Materiale te ndryshme hidraulike” .

Te skualifikoje oferten e operatorit ekonomik “COMFORT” sh.p.k sepse Operatori nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e te gjithe kerkesave per kualifikim sic kerkohen ne shtojcat e DT.
2. Eshte skualifikuar OE “FAT GROUP” shpk:
Te skualifikoje oferten e operatorit ekonomik “FAT GROUP” sepse Operatori nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion te plote dhe te sakte per te deshmuar plotesimin e te gjithe kerkesave per kualifikim sic kerkohen ne shtojcat e DT.
