•Ne baze te kerkesave te percaktuara ne ligjin Nr.9643, datë 20.11.2006 “Për Prokurimin
Publik” (i ndryshuar), neni 24, si dhe VKM Nr.914, date 29.12.2014 “Per mirat imin e
rregullave te prokurimit publik” (i ndryshuar) neni 37/4/dh, kjo proçedure prokurimi do te
