Nuk ka pasur ankesa.
Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. “R&R KOMPANI” sh.p.k
• Ne DST ne piken 1 eshte kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor ASHF “ Kopje te certifikuara te bilanceve te dy viteve te fundit (2016-2017) te paraqitura ne autoritetet perkatese”, ndersa operatorit ekonomik “R & R KOMPANI” sh.p.k i mungon bilanci i vitit 2016, sipas kriterit te vendosur ne dokumentet e tenderit si kusht per kualifikim.
• Ne DST ne piken 2 eshte kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor ASHF “Xhiroja vjetore per dy vitet e fundit (2016-2017) ku secila deklarate duhet te kete nje vlere jo me te ulet se 30 % e vleres se fondit limit te lotit 1”, ndersa operatorit ekonomik “R & R KOMPANI” sh.p.k i mungon xhiroja vjetore e vitit 2016, sipas kriterit te vendosur ne dokumentet e tenderit si kusht per kualifikim.
2. “NOVAKTI” SHPK:
• Operatori ekonomik “NOVAKTI” sh.p.k nuk ka paraqitur autorizim nga prodhuesi ose nga Distributori i Autorizuar nga Prodhuesi apo dokument që vërteton lidhjen ndërmjet Distributorit të Autorizuar dhe Prodhuesit te kerkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor sipas pikes 2 te DST.
• Operatori ekonomik “NOVAKTI” sh.p.k nuk ka paraqitur deklarate nga prodhuesi i mjeteve ose nga Distributori i Autorizuar qe garanton mbulimin e periudhes se garancise se mjeteve per nje periudhe 2 vjecare te kerkuar nga autoriteti kontraktor sipas pikes 3 te DST.
