Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. Ofertuesi A & E ENGINEERING :
eshte nen vleren minimale te lejuar sipas VKM nr.354 date 11.05.2016 "Për miratimin e manualit të tarifave per sherbime ne planifikim territori, projektim, mbikqyrje dhe kolaudim”.
2. Ofertuesi Tirana New Supervisor & HYDRO&ENERGY SHPK:
• Ne kontraten e bashkepunimit te operatoreve ekonomik ne bashkim Tirana New Supervisor & HYDRO&ENERGY Sh.p.k, ka nje ndarje te sherbimit vetem ne perqindje, ne masen: 80% per operatorin Tirana New Supervisor dhe 20% per operatorin HYDRO&ENERGY Sh.p.k, pa percaktuar pjesen e sherbimit dhe elementet konkrete, që do të kryejë secili nga anëtarët e këtij bashkimi, ashtu sic eshte percaktuar dhe ne Vendimin nr.914, datë 29.12.2014 “Për miratimin e rregullave te prokurimit publik”, neni 74 “Bashkimi i operatorëve ekonomikë”.
Percaktimi i ndarjes se sherbimit dhe i elementeve konkrete ne kete bashkim operatoresh ishte i domsdoshem dhe per faktin se te dy operatoreve ekonomike u mungojne pikat e licencave te kerkuara ne DST e konkretisht, operatorit Tirana New Supervisor i mungon pika e licences NS-3 dhe NS-12, operatorit HYDRO&ENERGY Sh.p.k i mungon pika e licences NP-12, NS-14 dhe NS-18.
3. HE & SK 11 11 :
• Ne Licencen profesionale te Shoqerise HE & SK 11 11, regjistruar ne regjistrin profesional qe nga data: 22.01.2018, nje nga drejtuesit teknik mungon ne list pagesat per kontributet e sigurimeve shoqerore dhe shendetesore. Punedhenesi HE&SK 11 11 kishte detyrimin qe ne baze te Ligjit “Per sigurimet shoqerore ne Republiken e Shqiperise” detyrohet te derdhe kontributin e sigurimeve shoqerore dhe shendetsore per cdo punemarres .
4. UNITEC STUDIO :
•Ne Licencen profesionale te Shoqerise UNITEC STUDIO, regjistruar ne regjistrin profesional qe nga data: 07.04.2015, nje nga drejtuesit teknik mungon ne list pagesat per kontributet e sigurimeve shoqerore dhe shendetesore. Punedhenesi UNITEC STUDIO kishte detyrimin qe ne baze te Ligjit “Per sigurimet shoqerore ne Republiken e Shqiperise” detyrohet te derdhe kontributin e sigurimeve shoqerore dhe shendetsore per cdo punemarres .
