• Operatori ekonomik "Infratech" shpk, nuk ka respektuar VKM Nr. 354 date 11.05.2016 "Per miratimin e manualit te Tarifave per Sherbime ne Planifikim Territori, projektim, Mbikqyrje dhe Kolaudim", cituar ne paragrafin e fundit te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit te kerkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
2. Oferta e paraqitur nga Operatori ekonomik " M.A.K Studio " shpk:
• Operatori ekonomik "M.A.K Studio" shpk, nuk ka respektuar VKM Nr. 354 date 11.05.2016 "Per miratimin e manualit te Tarifave per Sherbime ne Planifikim Territori, projektim, Mbikqyrje dhe Kolaudim", cituar ne paragrafin e fundit te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit te kerkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
