Ka pasur ankesa. Operatori Ekonomik “Glavenica ” sh.p.k ka paraqitur ankes me shkrim Autoritetit Kontraktor, protokolluar prane Drejtorise se Arsimit Bashkia Berat date 08.04.2019 nr. 373 Prot. Autoriteti Kontraktor ka kthyer pergjigje me shkrim Date 12.04.2019 nr 391 prot. Pas shqyrtimit te ankeses se Operatorit Ekonomik jane pranuar disa nga pika te saj . Antaret e KVO kane bere rivleresim ne sistem per kete operator ekonomik ne dt 12.04.2019. Jane skualifikuar operatoret e meposhtem: 1. FLED ” sh.p.k : Nuk ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike. 2. GLAVENICA ” shpk: Ka këto mangesi në dokumentacion: • Diploma e mjekut M.K. eshte fotokopje ne kundershtim me kushtin e vendosur ne dst kriteret e pergjithshme te kualifikimit Nëse gjuha e përdorur në procedurë është gjuha shqipe, atëherë dokumentat në gjuhë të huaj duhet të shoqërohen me një përkthim të noterizuar në gjuhën shqipe. 3.
