Jane skualifikuar operatoret ekonomik: 1 Karl Gega Konstruksion” sh.p.k, per keto arsye: -Kamioni me targe Tr 8471 P eshte per perdorim vetjak dhe referuar certificates se transportit dhe lejes se qarkullimit eshte per llogari te vete. -Kamioni me targe SH 3672 E referuar lejes se qarkullimit nuk eshte autobitumatrice. -Nuk ka paraqitur asfalto shtuese pasi deklarata doganore eshte me nr.nipti tjeter nga I shoqerise. -Nuk ka paraqitur deshmi drejtimi per mjetet e renda nga Drejtoria e Sherbimit te Transportit Rrugor. -Ka kontrate ne process dhe te parealizuar me Bashkine Shkoder :Rikonstruksion i bllokut te pallateve Xhabije. 2 B-93 sh.p.k, per keto arsye: -Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion se dispononi kamion vetshkarkues me kapacitet mbajtes 3.5- 5ton pasi Kamioncina me targe AA993 DJ nuk ka kapacitet mbajtes 3.5- 5 ton. -Kamioncina me targe AA203 RS nuk ka kapacitet mbajtes 3.5- 5 ton dhe kontrata e qerase nuk eshte hartuar perpara noterit. -Autobitumatrice me targe AA 830 LT e marre me qera nga shoqeria Elva 2001 eshte njekohesisht e marre me qera dhe nga nje tjeter shoqeri pjesemarrese ne te njejten procedure. 3 SHAMO-CONSTRUCTION sh.p.k, per keto arsye: -Nuk ka perdorur shtojcen nr.4 sipas formatit te DST. -Per teknikun e ndertimit nuk ka paraqitur dipllomen e shkolles se larte sic kerkohet ne DST. -Autobotit me targa AA386FK I ka mbaruar afati I vlefshmerise se certificates se trasportit dhe aktit te kolaudimit. -Nuk ka paraqitur autobitumatrice. |
