•Oferta refuzohet pasi ky operator ekonomik rezulton te kete detyrime te pashlyera ndaj Autoritetit Kontraktor Bashkia Fier. Gjithashtu mostrat e paraqitura prane komisionit teknik sipas njoftimit ne sistemin elektronik te prokurimit ne daten, oren dhe vendin e caktuar nuk perputhen me specifikimet teknike te kerkuara ne DST. |
