•Ne kundershtim me piken 2.3.7) te Kriteret e Vecanta te Kualifikimit te DST ku citohet qe Operatori ekonomik ofertues në përllogaritjen e ofertës duhet ti referohet njoftimit të bërë me Nr. 5585 Prot. datë 25.07.2017 të Agjensisë së Prokurimit Publik ”Rekomandim mbi mënyrën e përcaktimit të tarifave minimale të specifikuara në Vendimin e Këshitllit të Ministrave Nr.354 datë 11.05.2016 ”Për miratimin e manualit të tarifave për shërbime në planifikim territori, projektim, mbikëqyrje dhe kolaudim”, oferta e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik rezulton te jete nen kufirin minimal te lejuar per kete mbikqyrje dhe ne baze te pikes 2.3.7) te Kriteret e Vecanta te Kualifikimit te DST ky fakt perben shkak per skualifikimin e ofertuesit.
