- Nuk ka dorezuar autorizim per perdorimin e lendeve plasese ne kundershtim me piken 6 te Kritereve te Vecanta te Kualifikimit.
- Ne deklaratat per mosangazhimin e mjeteve ,deklarate per vendodhjen e mjeteve,autorizimi per verifikimin e mjeteve nuk eshte percaktuar sakte data e zhvillimit te tenderit dhe fondi limit i procedures.
