• Mungon deklarata ku OE mer persiper qe me shpenzimet e tij te pajisi mjetin me dokumentacion ne emer te AK.
• Deklarata e garancise nuk specifikon pikat per te cilat OE mer persiper te realizoj brenda periudhes se garancise.
• Nuk ka paraqitur nje deklarate ne te cilat te deklaroj me pergjegjesine etij te plote,se mjeti i permbush te gjitha kapacitetet sipas pikave te kerkuara ne specifikimet teknike te kerkuara nga AK.
• Kontrata e bashkepunimit me nje servis te specializuar nuk eshte e qarte pasi servisi i cili do te realizoj te gjitha defektet qe do te kete mjeti brenda afatit te garancise,nuk figuron i rregjistruar ne QKB.
