Bazuar ne nenin 58 pika 5 te LPP nr.Nr. 9643, datë 20.11.2006 “Per Prokurimin Publik” i ndryshuar, autoriteti kontraktor nuk mund te përzgjedhe ofertuesin e renditur i dyti në listën e ofertave të përzgjedhura që kanë mbetur, sepse diferenca ndërmjet ofertës së kualifikuar në vendin e parë dhe të dytë eshte më e madhe se 2% ( dy përqind) e fondit limit. |
