Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane s’kualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1. Bashkimi i shoqerive “Avdolli”shpk dhe “Vashtëmia”shpk, per arsye se: • Ne marreveshjen e bashkepunimit Nr 1452 Rep dhe Nr 1428 Kol date 15.04.2019 Bashkimi i shoqerive Avdolli dhe Vashtemia kane percaktuar punimet konkrete qe do te kryeje sejcili prej anetareve te bashkimit dhe perqindjen e punimeve. •Nga llogaritjet e bera bazuar ne punet konkrete qe ka marre persiper sejcila shoqeri rezulton se perqindja e punimeve te shenuar ne aktmarreveshje nuk eshte e sakte . Konkretisht shoqeria Avdolli ka shenuar se merr persiper 60% te punimeve nderkohe qe nga llogaritjet e bera bazuar ne punimet konkrete qe do te kryeje kjo shoqeri rezulton qe kjo shoqeri te kete marre 57.6% te punimeve. •Ndersa shoqeria Vashtemia ka shenuar se merr persiper 40% te punimeve nderkohe qe nga llogaritjet e bera bazuar ne punimet konkrete qe do te kryeje kjo shoqeri rezulton qe kjo shoqeri te kete marre 42.4 % te punimeve. • Shoqeria Avdolli sh.p.k nuk ploteson kriterin e vendosur ne dokumentat e tenderit shtojca 11,kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit, kapaciteti teknik pika 3 Licenca lidhur me ekzekutimin e punimeve, per arsye se ne licencen e saj kjo shoqeri nuk disponon kategorine : N.P – 9 A Punime dhe mbrojtje lumore sistemime hidraulike dhe bonifikime. • Shoqeria Vashtemia sh.p.k nuk ploteson kriterin e vendosur ne dokumentat e tenderit, shtojca 11, kriteret e vecanta te kualifikimit pika 1b, “Ofertuesi duhet te dorezoje b. Deklaratën për paraqitje oferte të pavarur sipas Shtojcës 1/1.“ per arsye nuk nuk ka dorezuar deklaraten e sipercituar. |
