• OE nuk ka paraqitur vertetim leshuar nga njesia administrative per pagesen e takses vendore te vitit 2019.
• OE Nuk ka paraqitur autorizim individual te leshuar nga AKEP dhe postare per radiokomunikim, nga OE eshte paraqitur autorizim per sistem radiokomunikimi.
• OE tek vertetimi i performances leshuar nga DVPQ Durres ne vitin 2019, ka paraqitur si punonjes te paisur me autorizim per armbajtje arme 3 punonjes, ku nga AK eshte kerkuar jo me pak se 5 punonjes.
• OE nuk ka paraqitur autorizim per leje arme per jo me pak se 5 punonjes te leshuar nga DVPQ Durres.
2. Hoxha security sh.p.k :
• OE nuk ka paraqitur autorizim individual te leshuar nga AKEP.
