Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm: 1- Operatori ekonomik“ ELDA-VL”shpk : -Nuk ka paraqitur asnje dokument sipas DST dhe formularin e ofertes e ka paraqitur bosh. 2 - Operatori ekonomik “RAFIN COMPANY”shpk : Nuk ka permbushur piken 2.3.1 a dhe b dhe 2.3.2 sepse duhet kontrata te ngjashme ne lidhje objektin qe prokurohet qe eshte konretisht lyerja dhe zeri lerje ne te kontatat qe ka paraqitur nuk kalon as 10 % te vleres se objektit te kontrates qe prokurohet. Nuk ploteson kriterin e pikes 2.3.7 te dst se nje kontrate me mjekun e date 5 mars 2018 dhe nje kontrate tjeter me date 24.01.2019. .
