Janë skualifikuar ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. Operatorin Ekonomik, “2N” sh.p.k:
• Mungon vertetimi nga nje banke e nivelit te dyte per gjendejen financiare ne vleren prej 10% te fondit limit e kerkuar ne DST, pika 2.2"Kapaciteti ekonomik e financiar" paragrafi 2.
• Kontrata e punes (pune te ngjashme ) me nr 2334 Prot date 02.05.2019 "Ndertim rruga konferenca e Mukjes vazhdim" eshte e parregullt pasi nuk eshte e firmosur faqe per faqe nga Autoriteti Kontraktor Bashkia Kamez si dhe Deklarata per disa ndryshime ne Kontraten e Bashkepunimit nr.162 prot e nr.61/1 kol, date 07.03.2019 eshte e pasakte pasi nuk eshte e noterizuar (kjo bie ndesh edhe me formularin e vleresimit ku specifikohet se punet jane realizuar shume mire sipas kontrates se bashkepunimit mes dy operatoreve ekonomik 2N shpk dhe K.M.K shpk 51% me 49% e per pasoje nuk permbushet kriteri i kerkuar ne DST, pika 2.2"Kapaciteti ekonomik e financiar" paragrafi 1, "Pune te ngjashme ne nje kontrate te vetme te barabarte 2.200.000 leke te realizuar tre vitet e fundit ose kontrate per tre vitet e fundit e barabarte me 9.000.000 leke, kjo e vertetuar me kontrate sipermarrje, situacion perfundimtar, akt kolaudim, certifikate e marrjes ne dorezim nga autoriteti kontraktor.
2. Operatorin Ekonomik, “AVDULI” sh.p.k:
• Mungon dokumenta qe vertetojne pune te ngjashme ne nje kontrate te vetme te barabarte 2.200.000 leke te realizuar tre vitet e fundit ose kontrate per tre vitet e fundit e barabarte me 9.000.000 leke, kjo e vertetuar me kontrate sipermarrje, situacion perfundimtar, akt kolaudim, certifikate e marrjes ne dorezim nga autoriteti kontraktor, per operator privat kontrate sipermarrje , situacion perfundimtar dhe fature tatimore shitje te kerkuar ne DST pika 2.2 "Kapaciteti ekonomik e financiar" paragrafi 1, (nuk keni paraqitur asnje dokument qe vertetojne pune te ngjashme ).
• Mungon shtojca 9 "Deklarate mbi disponueshmerine e mjeteve" kerkuar ne DST pika 2"Kritere te vecanta", shkronja f.
• Mungon shtojca 6 "Deklarate mbi permbushjen e specifikimeve teknike" kerkuar ne DST, pika 2 "Kritere te vecanta",shkronja ç.
• Mungon shtojca 7 "Deklarate e konfliktit e interesit" kerkuar ne DST, pika 2 "Kritere te vecanta",shkronja d.
