Nuk ka pasur ankesa. Jane skualifikuar: 1. OE Ilir Dervishaj : Per shkak se sipas kritereve te vecanta kualifikuese te percaktuara ne DST, ne te cilen konkretisht kriterin e vecante kualifikues pika 2.3.2: 2.3.2. Deri diten e hapjes se ofertave duhet te dergohen ne zyren e protokollit te bashkise Librazhd mostra sipas preventivit te ketij objekti prokurimi. Mostrat do te kthehen per operatoret ofertues brenda 30 diteve nga data e marrjes se mallrave ne objekt per operatorin fitues dhe brenda 30 diteve nga data e shpalljes se fituesit per operatoret e tjere. Mosparaqitja e të gjitha mostrave eshte kusht skualifikim. Mallrat e dorezuara të jenë sipas specifikimeve teknike te percaktuara ne DST. Autoriteti kontraktor pasi të vlerësojë mostrat do tja kthejë operatorit ekonomik si me siper.Vleresimi i mallrave te dorezuara , mostrave do te jete kusht per vleresimin e operatorit ekonomik. Per te plotesuar kete kriter OE pjesemarres duhet qe deri diten e zhvillimit te tenderit te paraqesnin mostrat sipas preventivit dhe specifikimeve te parashikuara ne DST. OE “Ilir Dervishaj” nuk ka paraqitur asnje moster per mallrat te cilat ai ofron. Ne kriterin e vecante te kualifikimit eshte parashikuar qe mosparaqitja e të gjitha mostrave eshte kusht skualifikim. |
