Nuk ka arritur te paraqese Vërtetimin që konfirmon shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve të maturuara të energjisë elektrike të kontratave të energjisë që ka operatori ekonomik që është i regjistruar në Shqipëri. b. Nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion qe verteton se subjekti ka paguar te gjitha detyrimet e taksave dhe tarifave vendore, per vitin 2019 të parashikuara nga Pushteti Vendor sipas afateve te percaktuara ne ligjin 9632/2006. 2. ERION SINA, per arsyet e meposhtme: a. Nuk ka arritur te paraqese ne formen e kerkuar Shtojcen nr. 4: Deklaraten e permbushjes se kritereve te pergjithshme. b. Nuk ka arritur te paraqese Vërtetimin që konfirmon shlyerjen e të gjitha detyrimeve të maturuara të energjisë elektrike të kontratave të energjisë që ka operatori ekonomik që është i regjistruar në Shqipëri. 3.
