Përkatesisht për arsyet e mëposhtme:
a. Mungojne taksat vendore per vitin 2019, kerkuar ne DST te Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar pika (c), dhe sipas kthim pergjigje nr.1732/1 dt.25.02.2020 te drejtorise se te ardhurave te Bashkise Gjirokaster ky OE ka detyrime per taksat e tarifat vendore. Shenim: Per qartesim ne vleresimin e sakte te ofertuesit, KVO-ja ka nisur ne Drejtorine e te Ardhurave shkresen me nr 1735 prot dt. 25.02.2020 dhe ka mare pergjigje me shkresen 1732/1 dt.25.02.2020.
b. Nuk plotesohet xhiro mesatare te dy viteve te fundit 2017-2018 ne vleren 1 600 000 (nje milion e gjashteqind mije) leke kerkuar ne DST te “Kapaciteti ekonomik dhe financiar” pika (a), pasi xhiroja mesatare e viti 2017-2018 per Tatimpaguesin KOALS me NIPT-i: L72414012M eshte 1 067 142 (nje milion e gjashtedhjete e shtate mije e njeqind e dyzet e dy) leke.
