Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomikë të mëposhëm: 1. “Abissnet” sh.a.: • Oferta Ekonomike e paraqitur nga ana e operatorit konsiderohet e pavlefshme pasi OE nuk ka respektuar preventivin e ngarkuar ne DST, sipas shtojces 11 nga ana e AK, duke ofertuar me nje çmim ne total dhe jo ne perputhje me zerat e preventivit te ngarkuar. 2. “Abcom” sh.a. : Operatori ekonomik nuk ka paraqitur oferte ekonomike si dhe dokumentacion ligjor , ekonomik-financiar dhe teknik ne permbushje te kritereve te DST-se. |
