Duke ju referuar Vendimit të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik (KPP) Nr.417/1Pro, datë 15.05.2020, nga AK Tirana Parking është bërë pezullimi i proçedurës së prokurimit me objekt: “Blerje Bileta Elektronike për Parkim” me shkresë Nr.573/9Prot, datë 30.04.2020 “Vendim pezullimi” Gjithashtu bazuar Vendimit Nr 223/1Prot, datë 29.06.2020, të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik (KPP),nga AK Tirana Parking është hequr nga pezullimi procedura e prokurimit me shkresën “Vendim Heqje Pezullimi” Nr144. Nr573/16Prot, datë 30.06.2020 dhe në vijim është vazhduar me Njoftim Fituesi. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “AICOM”sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk i plotëson kriteret e përgjithshme të pranimit/kualifikimit. - Nuk ka paraqitur xhiron vjetore për vitin 2016 sipas kritereve te veçanta në DST. - Dëshmitë për fumizimet e mëparshrne të paraqitura nga Operatori Ekonomik nuk janë të ngjashme me objektin e prokurimit 2. “ALBDESIGN PSP”sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Mostra e kërkuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor nuk rezulton të plotësojë kriteret e kerkuara në DST dhe oferta e paraqitur prej tij nuk është në perputhje me te gjitha kërkesat e percaktuara në dokumentat e tenderit. 3.
