Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. “Atlantik 3” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk permbush piken 4. te kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit ne lidhje me kapacitetin teknik.
- Nuk ka paarqitur akt miratimi higjenosanitar per venien ne shfrytezim te ambjentit te magazinimit te mallit.
2. ”EURO MEGA 2010”shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk permbush piken 2.E) te Kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit ne lidhje me kapacitetin teknik pasi nuk kane paraqitur certifikate sistemi menaxhimit te sigurise per zinxhirin e furnizimit (ISO 28000: 2007) .
- Nuk permbush piken 3.1 te Kritereve te vecanta te kualifikimit ne lidhje me kapacitetin teknik pasi nuk ka dorezuar mostrat e mallit objekt prokurimi diten dhe oren e hapjes se tenderit .
- Nuk ka paraqitur akt te miratuar higjenosanitar per ambjentin e magazinimit te mallit.
- Nuk ka paraqitur certifikate per mbrojtje nga zjarri per ambjentin e magazinimit te mallit.
