- Mjeti i ofruar nuk përmbush kushtet për grumbullimin dhe largimin e mbetjeve në zonat urbane. Ky mjet është i zbuluar dhe është i përshtatshëm për zonat rurale dhe nuk ka sistem presimi të mbetjeve, duke mos plotësuar pikën 2.3 për Kapacitetin Teknik gërma g te D.S.T
