Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “PAERA” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk plotëson Kriteret e veçanta të kualifikimit pikën 2.3 Për kapacitetin teknik gërma g. nuk ka paraqitur mjet konkret me specifikimet teknike sipas DST.Operatori ekonomik ka paraqitur kataloge me mjete të tipeve dhe tonazheve të ndryshme pa specifikuar mjetin që oferton. Mungon vërtetimi nga Institucioni për realizimin e kontratës për punë të ngjashme e kërkuar në pikën 2.3 Për kapacitetin teknik germa a (Për kontrata të mëparëshme të realizuara në Institucione Shtetërore ...) 2. “LIGUS” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Mjeti i ofruar nuk përmbush kushtet për grumbullimin dhe largimin e mbetjeve në zonat urbane.
