KSHA mbasi shqyrton dokumentacionin dhe vleresimin e KVO-se harton “Kthim pergjigje ankeses” per ALB-KORCA me nr.107/13prot date 14.07.2020, Ankesa nuk pranohet. Paraqitet Ankesa nga OE KMK me nr.107/11prot date 10.07.2020 , per kete procedure prokurimi. KSHA mbasi shqyrton dokumentacionin dhe vleresimin e KVO-se harton “Kthim pergjigje ankeses” Per OE KMK shpk me nr.107/14prot date 14.07.2020, Ankesa nuk pranohet. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. K.M.K.shpk, për këto arsye: - Ka dorëzuar ofertë anomalisht të ulët. 2. AL-ASFALT, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka permbushur kerkesat per kualifikim ne dokumentat e tenderit pasi: Sipas shtojces 2/1.OE ka paraqitur kontratë furnizimi me operator I cili gjithashtu ka paraqitur ofertë për këtë objekt prokurimi. 6. BAMI, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka permbushur kerkesat per kualifikim ne dokumentat e tenderit pasi: Sipas shtojces 2/1.OE ka paraqitur kontratë furnizimi me operator I cili gjithashtu ka paraqitur ofertë për këtë objekt prokurimi. 7. SARK SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka permbushur kerkesat per kualifikim ne dokumentat e tenderit pasi: OE ka paraqitur kontratën e furnizimit me asfaltobeton por nuk ka të percaktuar distancën, nëse ndodhet brënda perimietrit të përcaktuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor prej 30km. |
