- Nuk për mbush pikën 2.3.2 të kapacitetit teknik ku parashikohet se: Operatori ekonomik ofertues duhet të jetë i pajisur me liçencën VII.3.B.1, për pikat a,b,c, sipas Udhëzimit nr. 1546, datë 29.03.2016 “Autoriparimi i mjeteve rrugore me motor dhe rimorkiove”.
- Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacionin e kërkuar për të faktuar se në përbërje të personelit teknik të tij ka minimumi 1 saldator dhe 1 diagnostikues difektesh elektrike & elektronike për automjetet dhe agregatet elektrike sipas kërkesës së mësipërme.
2. “DBD GROUP”, për këto arsye:
- Nuk përmbush pikën 2.3.7 të kapacitetit teknik.
