Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. “BIBA-X”, për këto arsye:
- Sipas vertetimit te OSHEE te paraqitur ne prokurim OE nuk ka shlyer te gjith detyrimet sipas deklarimeve ne QKB.
- Nuk ka paraqitur 2 teknik ndertimi ne kundershtim me kerkesat per kualifikim.
2. “2N” SHPK &“KMK” SHPK, për këto arsye:
- Sipas akt marreveshjes se bashkepunimit te paraqitur rezulton se 2N ka 79.2% te punimeve ora ky OE ka detyrimin te plotesoje kriterin per : punë të ngjashme për një objekt të vetëm në një vlerë jo më të vogel se 50% e vlerës së përllogaritur të kontratës që prokurohet ose sipas dyfishit te vleres perqindjen 79.2% ne punime te ngjashme. Ne asnje rast nga kontratat e paraqitura nuk plotesohen kriteret e mesiperme.
- BO Nuk ka arritur te paraqese dokumentacion per 4 punonjes me IQT ose ekujvalent sipas ndarjes se perqindjes ne akt marreveshje. ne kundershtim me- Operatoret ekonomik pjesemarres duhet te kene ne stafin e saj drejtues punonjes te kualifikuar nga IQT ose ekuivalent, si dhe te paraqiten ne listpagesa 20 punonjes .
