Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. GEGA CENTER , për këto arsye:
- Vertetim qe konfirmon shlyerjen e te gjitha detyrimeve te ujit te pijshem. Ne sistemin elektronik operatori ekonomik Gega Center nuk ka paraqitur asnje vertetim te leshuar nga shoqeria Ujesjelles Kanalizime qe te vertetoje permbushjen e kesaj pike.
- Operatori ekonomik ofertues duhet te paraqese nje vertetim te leshuar nga ISHTI , qe subjekti ofertues ka importuar ose tregtuar karburante sipas standarteve te legjislacionit Shqiptar , dhe nuk ka patur penalitete per shkelje te cilesise per vitin 2019-2020. Operatori ekonomik Gega Center nuk ka paraqitur ne sistem asnje dokument qe te vertetoje permbushjen e ketij kriteri.
