1. “ASI - 2A” Shpk, për këto arsye:
- Sipas pikes 6 të kritereve të vecanta i mungon deklarata për të cilën merrni përsipër furnizimin e mallit me mjetet e veta brenda afatit të lëvrimit të përcaktuar nga Autoriteti Kontraktor.
- Nuk plotëson kriterin e vendosur sipas pikës 7 në rast se OE nuk është prodhues i rërës bituminoze duhet të ketë kontrate furnizimi te lidhur para noterit si dhe bashkëshoqëruar gjithë dokumentacionin tekniko - ligjor per shfrytëzimin e karrieres me rërë bituminoze.
- Sipas pikes 8 në kriteret e vecanta të kualifikimit nuk disponon asnjë foto mbi mjetet e hedhura.
2. “Sark” Shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk përmbush kriterin e vendosur në pikën 7 në kriteret e vecanta të kualifikimit në rast se operatori nuk është prodhues i rërës bituminoze duhet të ketë kontratë furnizimi të lidhur para noterit si dhe bashkëshoqëruar gjithë dokumentacionin tekniko - ligjor për shfrytezimin e karrierës me rërë bituminoze. Kontrata e paraqitur nuk është me këtë objekt.
