TEA-D SHPK, për këto arsye: - Nuk u paraqit per sjelljen e mostrave ne diten e percaktuar ne DST. - Nuk ploteson kriterin teknik per punet e ngjashme ne vleren 800 000 leke. - Nuk ploteson kriterin ”Operatori ekonomik duhet të paraqesë,per mallrat e kerkuar Certifikatën e origjinës së mallit dhe certifikaten e garancise se mallit sipas specifikimeve teknike” kerkuar ne DST. 2. SARK SHPK , për këto arsye: - Nuk u paraqit per sjelljen e mostrave ne diten e percaktuar ne DST. 3.
