Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Delia Impex” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson piken 6, te kapacitetit teknik,pasi nuk ka deklaruar emrat e inxhinierit te ndertimit dhe inxhinierit topograf te cilet do te jene të disponueshëm për realizimin e kësaj kontrate. 2. “Sireta 2F” shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur vertetimin mbi xhiron e tre viteve te fundit. - Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion te rregullt per punetore asfalti, pasi z.H.N nuk figuron ne listepagesa ndersa z.Sh.Gj figuron saldator. 3. “S.M.O. Vataksi” shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur analizat e cmimeve sipas kerkeses se bere nga AK. 4. “Spektri” shpk, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka plotesuar sakte “Deklaraten mbi kontratat e lidhura apo ne proces” pasi nuk ka pasqyruar objektin.”Rehabilitimi KUZ, lagja Bektesh, Njësia Administrative Gjepalaj”. |
