2. “Sireta 2F” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ka paraqitur vertetimin mbi xhiron e tre viteve te fundit.
- Nuk ka paraqitur dokumentacion te rregullt per punetore asfalti, pasi z.H.N nuk figuron ne listepagesa ndersa z.Sh.Gj figuron saldator.
3. “S.M.O. Vataksi” shpk, për këto arsye:
- Nuk ka paraqitur analizat e cmimeve sipas kerkeses se bere nga AK.
4. “Spektri” shpk, për këto arsye:
