ALBANIA DISTRIBUTION CHEMM & 2-MJ sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Per kete pike OE "Albania Distribution Chem"shpk ka dorzuar Raport analizen te vertetuar nga noteri me nr 3296 REP ne daten 03.09.2020 e cila eshte shprehur “Pas krahasimit dhe verifikimit te permbaltjes se dokumentave te fotokopjuar : Shkres me nr 597 prot,vertetoje se jane te njejta me origjinalin” ,Raporti i Analizes se bashkelidhur nga ky noterizim mban Nr597/1 prot ,e cila nuk perputhet me vertetimin e leshuar nga noteri. 2. Power Industries sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Operatori ekonomik duhet te paraqese Raport Analize toksikologjike per klorin aktiv dhe metalet e renda per ( Hipoklorit Kalciumi ) leshuar nga Instituti I Shendetit Publik ( ISHP) .
