KPP me vendimin nr.602/3/2021 date 14.01.2021 vendos te heqe pezullimin per proceduren e prokurimit me objekt “Rikonstruksion Rruga “Degrand”.
Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. “Delia Impex”sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
- Kontrata e punes se punonjesit A.T dhe G.M dhe nuk ka ta percaktuar profesionin dhe as pagen.
2. “Beqiri”sh.p.k , për këto arsye:
- Bazuar ne kontraten e punes Ing.A.H do te paguhet me 40,000 leke ne muaj ndersa ne listepagesa paguhet me 26,000 leke ne muaj.
