- Mungon dokumenti i Operatorit Ekonomik ADOAl shpk, qe verteton shlyerjen e te gjitha detyrimeve te matura te energjise elektrike, kerkuar ne DST.
- Mungojne mjetet e renda me Goma 2 cope, kerkuar ne DST, pika 2.3.5 „Mjetet dhe Pajisjet“ , pika 1.
2. “DRINI-1 ” sh.p.k & " NDERTUESI 2014” sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
