Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Spektri” shpk, për këto arsye: - Ing.A.K drejtues teknik ne listepagesa nuk paguhet sipas kushteve te kontrates. - Mungon vula e subjektit certifikues tek pjesa e vleshmerise se IQT per punetorin e asfaltit. 2. “Kombeas” sh.a, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka plotesuar sakte shtojcen nr.4 Deklarate mbi permbushjen e kritereve te pergjithshme pasi ne te nuk jane perfshire Anëtarët e Këshillit Mbikqyrës. 3. “Rosi SPA Albania” sh.p.k, për këto arsye: - Nuk ploteson nr.mesatar te punonjesve per 3(tre) muajt e fundit pasi ne DST kerkohen 15 punonjes ndersa referuar vertetimit te paraqitur nga ana e operatorit nr.mesatar I punonjesve per 3(tre) muajt e fundit eshte 9. |
