Ka pasur ankesa. Ka patur ankesë nga ana e Operatorit Ekonomik “Delta Doni” sh.p.k pranë AK dhe ka marr përgjigje më datë 04.02.2021 nga ana e AK Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Çerdheve dhe Kopshteve.
Më datë 05.02.2021 KVO kreu rivlerësim duke s’kualifikuar operatorin ekonomik “Dajti Park 2007” sh.p.k në SPE sipas vendimit të sipërcituar të KSHA.
Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik:
1. “Delta Doni” Sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
- nuk ka paraqitur deklaratën në përmbushje të shtojcës 8.
2. “Gerti-1987” Sh.p.k, për këto arsye:
- nuk ka paraqitur në sistem dokumentacionin e plotë që kërkohet për ketë procedurë. Rezulton të mos ketë ofertë ekonomike.
