Ka pasur ankesa. Ka marrë përgjigje me shkresen Nr. 968/6, datë 09.10.2020, ku me Vendimin të K.SH.A, Nr.6, date 09.10.2020, i eshte refuzuar ankesa. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me VENDIM K.P.P. 557/2020, ka vendosur "Të mos pranojë ankesën e paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik "Infinit" sh.p.k" dhe "Autoriteti kontraktor lejohet të vijojë me hapat e mëtejshme të procedurës së prokurimit". Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. C O L O M B O SHPK, për këto arsye: - kontrata e furnizimit nuk ka per objekt furnizimin me materialin "rrjete teli ekzagonal" dhe gjithashtu mungon certifikata e cilesie per materialin "rrjete teli ekzagonal". - nuk deshmon se ka ne pronesi, me qera ose me kontrate furnzimi, 1 "Nyje prodhimi inertesh e pajisur me Leje Mjedisi te Vlefshme", pasi nga dokumentacioni i paraqitur rezulton se qeradhenesi ka ne pronesi impiant inertesh dhe betoni dhe impiant per prodhimin e asfaltobetonit, pajisur me "Leje mjedisore per shfrytezimin e gurit gelqeror ne karrierë". 2.
