- Vlera e ofertuar e (gabuar si pasoje e perllogaritjes gabim ne veprimin e mbledhjes se cmimeve) pa tvsh eshte 2.249.150 nderkohe vlera reale e perllogaritur nga mbledhja e shumave te cmimit total te produkteve eshte 2.394.150.Diferenca ndermjet vleres te gabuar te ofertuar dhe vleres reale te ofertes tejkalon 2% te vleres ekonomike te ofertuar.
2. BUISNES INFORMATIONS SOLUTIONS SOTWARE, për këto arsye:
- Sulucjoni i larjes nuk i permbush specifikimet teknike sepse pehashi nuk eshte sipas specifikimeve te kerkuar ne etiketen e stampuar nuk ka pershkrimin e sakte nese eshte i pershtatshem per duart edhe fytyren si edhe nuk shenohet efikasiteti antibakterjale ne etiketen e produktir nuk ka adresen e internetit te kompanise nuk ka treguesin qe ky produkte te jet i pershtatshem per femijet mbi tre vjece
