“ALBANIA DISTRIBUTION CHEM”, duke kerkuar modifikimin e dokumentave te tenderit.
Me shkresen nr.281/2 date 01.03.2021, Autoriteti Kontraktor ka kthyer pergjigje , duke mos
pranuar ankesen.Ky operator ka paraqitur ankese prane Komsionit te Prokurimit Publik. KPP pas
shqyrtimit administrativ me vendimin nr. 136/2021, date 26.03.2021 ka vendosur te pranoj
pjeserisht kerkesat e ketij operatori, duke vendosur qe te modifikoj disa kritere kualifikuese te
DST-ve. Autoriteti Kontraktor ka zbatuar vendimin e KPP-se, prandaj KPP me vendimin nr.
136/3/2021, ka vendosur te heqe pezullimin e procedures, duke konfirmuar zbatimin e vendimit
nga Autoriteti Kontraktor. Janë Skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “ALBANIA DISTRIBUTION CHEM ”, për këto arsye: - Nuk ka paraqitur lejen e importit per hipokloritin e natriumit, pasi kete produket ne kundershtim me kriterin teknik kualifikues te DST-ve 2. “KRIJON”, për këto arsye: - Ka parqitur vetem Ekstraktin e QKB, duke mos permbushur asnje kriter kualifikues te vendosur ne “’kriteret kualifikuese” ne tender 3. “ISOMETRIC”, për këto arsye: - Ka parqitur vetem Ekstraktin e QKB, duke mos permbushur asnje kriter kualifikues te vendosur ne “’kriteret kualifikuese” ne tender |
