Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. 2 N, për këto arsye: - bashkimi i operatoreve ne kete rast nuk e kane bere deklaraten ne spe ndaj prokura e tyre bie poshte , referuar dokumentave te tyre dhe aplikimit ,I ben qe keto operator te skualifikohen nga procedura 2. BE - IS SH.P.K, për këto arsye: - dokumentacioni I paraqitur per pune te ngjashme nuk kompleton dokumentacionin qe kontrata te konsiderohet e kompletuar 3.
