Afati i perfundimit eshte ne kundershtim me kerkesat e percaktuar ne piken 2.3.2 te DST, sipas te ciles afati i kontrates se qirase duhet te jete minimumi deri me 31.12.2022, e cili eshte edhe afati i ofrimit te sherbimit qe kerkohet nga AK
