Ka pasur ankesa. Vendim Kpp Nr 554/2022 Janë skualifikuar operatorët ekonomik: 1. “Univers Reklama”, për këto arsye: - Oferta eshte anomalisht e ulet 2. “ONE DESIGNS”, për këto arsye: - Nuk e plotëson Kriterin 2.3.2 Kontrata e qerase nr. 5130 rep dhe nr. 830 kol., perfundon ne daten 30.09.2022. Afati i perfundimit eshte ne kundershtim me kerkesat e percaktuar ne piken 2.3.2 te DST, sipas te ciles afati i kontrates se qirase duhet te jete minimumi deri me 31.12.2022, e cili eshte edhe afati i ofrimit te sherbimit qe kerkohet nga AK 3. “Genial”, për këto arsye: - nuk ka paraqitur Sigurim Oferte 4. “AN&RA”, për këto arsye: - Sherbime ngjashme kontrata e paraqitur (Lezhe) eshte me objekt furnizim malli dhe jo sherbim. 5. “ ALBDESIGN PSP”, për këto arsye: - Ne dokumentat standarte te tenderit (DST) ne piken 2.3.1 Operatori ekonomik Albdesign PSP Sipas vendimit te KPP-se Nr 501/2022 nuk e permbush kete kriter |
