a) Operatori ekonomik ka deklaruar ne shtojcen nr. 8 drejtuesit teknik dhe stafin mbeshtetes per kete procedure prokurimi, ku konstatohet qe i njejti staf eshte i angazhuar ne kontrata te tjera qe ka lidhur AK Bashkia Diber me ju si kontraktues ku te cilat nuk kane perfunduar afati i ekzekutimit te punimeve.
b) Operatori ekonomik ka deklaruar ne shtojcen nr.8 mjetete dhe pajiset teknike per realizimin e punimeve ne kete procedure prokurimi ku te cilat jane te angazhuara ne proceurat e prokurimit ne kontrata te tjera qe ka lidhur AK Bashkia Diber me ju si kontraktues, ku te cilat nuk kane perfunduar afati i ekzekutimit te punimeve.
